In addition to my fine art work, I do commercial portrait, and product photography. Please click on this website’s “Commercial” tab to view examples. I do commissioned portraits of people, pets and objects either in studio, or on location of a client’s choosing such as homes, offices etc. My portraits are true to life, and similar to my fine art work the images are not post-processed extensively. I do not remove natural body blemishes, work in layers, or use high dynamic range techniques. Clients like working with me since I put them at ease which helps me capture a realistic likeness. Here is a comment from a client, “Thank you so much for the lovely work –– an art form. You made the sitting easy, I would do it again!” Typically, a sitting is about an hour and includes review and selection of images. I print on archival paper or canvas using pigment inks, and sign each print, irrespective of the number of copies or size. Clients hold the copyright.
